What’s your mantra?

I recently read in Runner’s World that it’s a good idea to have a mantra to get you through those challenging parts of a workout or race. Or even a couple of mantras to call upon, depending on the situation. I had no idea I was so trendy. I already have two:

“Suck it up, Buttercup.”

(This one also works when I’m avoiding a deadline.)

“Boston, don’t bonk.”

(It also happens to be what I think of every August about the Red Sox.)
