What do I have to worry about?

This pretty much sums up my pre-race anxiety fears. I practiced something similar to this in the pool with Kristen last week – and will do it again tomorrow in the Bay with my coach's tri group. My Ironman buddy Chris calmed my fears a lot over the weekend too. He's super fast and said he'd rather avoid swimming over a slower swimmer because we can by scary too. We could might kick him, stop his progress or nab his goggles. Which helped me cut this fear thing down to size and even laugh at it – like this commercial.
