Now that my health is back, so are my workout schedules from Coach Beth. The past two nights I’ve been playing catch-up, logging my mileage into Fitness Journal from my Garmin. I reached a huge milestone – for me – 1000 miles for the year. To put it into perspective, I clocked 1308 miles in 2007. It’s amazing what your body can do when you have a coach telling you to do it!
