It’s widely known that chocolate milk (or soymilk in my case) is one of the best things for you within a half hour after a workout. But before you hit the grocery store this weekend, I thought I’d arm you with a list of the 20 best muscle-saving, antioxidant-packed foods for your training table as well. Kudos to the U.S. Department of Agriculture for coming up with them. I’m a clipper and came across this list in a Bicycling Magazine a couple of years ago. It has been taped to my fridge every since.
